The Part-Time Marketing Assistant will support the work of the Director of Marketing and Communications Department in its primary and administrative duties.

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. Facilitate vendor communications between organization and vendors. Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts. Coordinate the marketing of new materials, events and programs. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical financial and non-financial information. Assist in the JARC data base management. Participate in all committee meetings including but not limited to Development and all event committee meetings. ( golf, gala, fashiow show, etc. )
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or related field preferred.
