- Responsible for recruiting and retaining qualified staff to provide quality programs to our members and program participants, responsible for hiring, recognition, and discipline of direct reports and encourages good relationships between staff and members in order to build community, and is visible and accessible to both members and staff.

Skills/Experience:
- ,5 or more years experience working with children and adults in an education/recreation environment, must have strong fiscal and managerial skills as well as public relations skills necessary for communication with administrative staff, program staff, members, parents participants, and the community, must have a solid grasp of administrative procedures, including budget development, income production, and expense control.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $46,700.00 - $60,000.00
