The position will help shape online and database strategies to ensure that the CF Foundation achieves each desired fundraising growth.
A key role of this position is to ensure that the customer service needs of our chapters and constituents that we serve are being met in terms of the various fundraising systems as well as our CRM system. The role also sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that promote CF’s core values. Finally, the role will organize workflows and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Essential Functions:
- Manages a team of four employees who are passionate about advancing the mission of the CF Foundation.
- Work closely with a Sr Director Field Systems & Sr VP of the Field to develop and manage a plan for new initiatives to drive increased online fundraising.
- Leads projects as business partner to facilitate development and implementation of systems which will provide technology enhancements and future roadmap discoveries. Develops and executes project timelines and action plans.
- Provide training and mentorship to CF Chapter employees in relationship to CRM, Fundraising applications and the auction system.
- Oversees the handling of ticketed system (JIRA) in relationship to Clearview, online fundraising web support, chapter web pages and auction system.
- Regression testing on all fundraising systems and CRM.
- Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems with strongly preferred experience of CFF system which is Clearview CRM.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- Knowledge of fundraising applications with strongly preferred experience of Blackbaud Luminate and Rallybound systems.
- Ability to designate responsibilities amongst multiple employees.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to analyze various situations and apply good judgement in order to achieve desired outcomes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and web design.
- Customer service minded individual a must.
