The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - the world's leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, and one of the most innovative and successful organizations of its kind - is seeking a Field Systems Manager in Bethesda, MD (HQ). We are a nonprofit, donor-supported organization that has raised and invested hundreds of millions of dollars to help develop cystic fibrosis therapies that have changed the lives of people with this disease. The key role of this position is to ensure that the customer service needs of our chapters are being met in terms of the various fundraising systems as well as Clearview CRM. This role manages the Field Systems Coordinators and Specialist for the group while monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The role also sets goals for performance and deadlines in ways that promote CF’s core values. Finally, the role will organize workflows and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise from Chapter/HQ support in relationship to CRM system (Clearview).
- Post content on various fundraising application and work with vendors on any enhancements/integration needs.
- Post content on CFF.ORG as it relates to the Chapter home page.
- Provide training and mentorship to Field in relationship to Clearview, Fundraising applications and the auction system.
- Oversees the handling of ticketed system (JIRA) in relationship to Clearview, online fundraising web support, chapter web pages and auction system.
- Regression testing on all fundraising systems and CRM.
- Project lead on any new fundraising application, website enhancement and auction enhancement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manages batch posting and duplicate utility assignments for group.
- Other projects determined on an as needed basis.
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant professional experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems with strongly preferred experience of CFF system which is Clearview CRM.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
- Knowledge of fundraising applications with strongly preferred experience of Blackbaud Luminate and Rallybound systems.
- Ability to designate responsibilities amongst multiple employees.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to analyze various situations and apply good judgement in order to achieve desired outcomes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and web design.
- Customer service minded individual a must.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to Sr. Director of Management Operations.
- Supervises Field System Coordinators/Specialist.
