Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a highly regarded voluntary health service organization, is seeking an experienced Coordinator, Meetings Education Resources to work in the Meetings Department at its National Headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • The Coordinator, Meetings Education Resources will be responsible for solid administrative coordination and support for projects in education resources, registration and data management for the annual conference (4600+). 
  • Candidate will assist with coordinating abstract review, submission, selection and publication process, provides organizational support for web-based applications, such as the abstract submission site, Program Planning Committee portal, registration website, CRM, live stream registration website, and the continuing education credits processing portal. 
  • Candidate will provide support for implementation of the attendee and exhibitor registration process within the online registration software and onsite.  Organizes and assists with updating content for posting on the conference website.  Organizes, updates and assists in submitting materials to certifying bodies for the continuing education credits applications.  Updates and maintains historical stats and reports related to all education resources projects.  Prepares and distributes eblast content to conference attendees.  Coordinates project components for the posting of session recordings post-conference online.  Collects check payments for registration and records in attendee records.  Coordinates the processing of registration refund requests. Facilitates the administrative components for the submission of vendor agreements, including purchase order requisitions, for internal processing.  Responds to inquiries related to education resources projects.  Provides support for internal meetings, as needed.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree desired.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Candidate must have one-two years of experience providing general meeting support and/or three+ years administrative assistance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional a plus.
  • Experience with databases and web-based applications.
