The Y in Central Maryland has an incredible opportunity to join one of the most progressive and innovative Y Associations in North America as the Chief Development Officer. The Y in Central Maryland ranks in the top 10 Membership Ys in North America, and is top 20 ranked by revenue. With a footprint that includes over 100 locations, we are recognized as a workplace of choice by several regional organizations, including Baltimore Magazine, and employ nearly 2,700 full-time and part-time Associates. We positively impact the lives of nearly 300,000 Maryland residents each year, and are striving to reach more than 350,000 Marylanders as we execute our Impact 2020 strategic plan for growth and increased service. The Central Maryland region offers amazing recreational, cultural, sports, and personal development opportunities. Well known for our universities (Johns Hopkins, U of M, Morgan, Towson and Loyola, to name a few) as well as museums, parks, and multiple historical sites. If you like sports, we are the hometown of two national teams (Baltimore Ravens and Orioles). Located near beaches, mountains, Washington DC, and just a 2 hour train ride to NYC, there is no shortage of things to do.
