The Office Coordinator will provide support and customer service to constituents and staff in the Atlanta office
Areas of Responsibility:
- Answer phones and direct all calls appropriately
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors and walk-ins
- Responsible for daily cash deposits
- Responsible for processing all incoming donations for Donor Services for various events Dancing Stars, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Golf Tournaments and Memorials
- Assist with ongoing support of activities and day of event preparations for Greater Atlanta Metro area events including Dancing Stars, Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Golf Tournaments
- Assist with day-to-day projects as needed for Development, Public Policy and Advocacy, and Programs and Services Department
- Process and submit vendor payment requests forms for payment to accounts payable
Educational Background:
Associates degree or higher or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in office administration
- Strong experience in multi-tasking and time management
- Strong and proven verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products a MUST
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
