CTE is seeking a Communications Associate to develop creative content and bring technical proficiencies to our growing communications team. The Communications Associate will support strategic efforts to grow CTE’s reputation as a national leader in successfully deploying clean transportation technologies and ultimately combating the climate crisis. They will enrich and strengthen CTE’s brand across all communications activities of the organization, with particular emphasis on digital marketing and deliverable development.
This job opportunity is located in the Atlanta office.

Develop graphics and videos to promote CTE's brand across all digital platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and ads

Assist in development of quarterly communications campaigns and supporting digital engagement strategy

Participate in CTE website redesign process and regularly update content

Build and maintain landing pages as needed for events and campaigns

Create HTML emails for events, updates, and newsletters
-
Design annual report and other major reports as needed

Assist technical project staff with graphics including data visualization, charts, and figures

Develop marketing assets for internal use, including style guides, icons, and deliverable
templates

Style presentation decks for speaking engagements, webinars, and other presentation scenarios

Research and report on competitors, industry news, and policy developments to ensure CTE
stays ahead of the curve
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
-
3+ years of full-time experience in design, marketing, or nonprofit communications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and web

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools

Driven self-starter who works well independently but also with a team

Passionate about climate and clean transportation
