The Front Desk Development Coordinator will provide support and customer service to constituents and development staff in the Greater Atlanta Metro area.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact for all incoming phone calls at front desk 
  • Assist and direct visitors, scheduled appointments, deliveries and other walk-ins 
  • Enter offline gifts into Luminate following Association best practices for Greater Atlanta Metro area events including Dancing Stars, Walk to End Alzheimer's and Golf Tournaments 
  • Assist with event day preparation for Greater Atlanta Metro area events including Dancing Stars, Walk to End Alzheimer's and Golf Tournaments 
  • Assist and coordinate ongoing support of activities related to Walk to End Alzheimer's, Dancing Stars, Golf Tournaments 
  • Assist as back up on accounting functions
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Strong experience in multi-tasking and time management
  •   Past experience in event activities and accounting support 
  • Strong and proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task 
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products
