Join the enthusiastic and impactful Youth Services team in beautiful western NC.
Under the direction of the K-12 Operations Director, the K-12 Director of Administration will ensure the implementation of strategies for creating increased compliance with and successful documentation of all regulatory standards relating to DCEEE and NCDHHS for licensed child care. Daily duties will include regular site audits, DCDEE compliance management, and documentation maintenance.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Fulfill in-ratio duties of childcare staff.
- Perform thorough audits of all licensed programs on a monthly basis.
- Maintain files and documentation for program compliance.
- Actively coordinate with Operations Team to ensure day to day operations comply with all regulatory guidelines.
- Other directives and duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director.
Skills/Experience:
- 21 Years of age.
- Possess a Level 3 Child Care Administrator Credential, Level 3 School-Age Care Administrator Credential, a current Standard Principal License, or an Exceptional Children Program Administration Certificate.
- Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
- Must have good interpersonal, and communications skills, including the ability to audit programs and improve staff performance.
- Ability to travel to attend conferences and quarterly statewide meetings required
