To provide overall leadership, planning and management to Sponsorship Management Project and ensure that it is efficiently and effectively carried out in the Area Program (AP) in compliance with World Vision partnership sponsorship standards and local sponsorship guidelines/policies of World Vision International, which aims at promoting the well-being of all children and contributing to maintaining high quality ministry with children through sponsorship and operations activities.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Deliver all mails from sponsors and/or support offices to children in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor each new Reregistered Child and Replacement (Photo, Digital Imaging [DI] files, Introductory Letter [IL] and Child History [CH]) with high quality
- Monitor and submit updated ILs and family photos as requested by the support office for replacements, or at the time of CH preparation for new registered children
- Review data on Child Regular Visit forms to ensure that information collected is accurate
- Monitor new selection package of Registered Children are good quality in compliance with the support office requirements, partnership sponsorship standard and local Reregistered Child selection criteria of World Vision Cambodia
- Assist Area Program manager in designing Area Program Annual Progress Report
- Work closely with Area Program staff to build child participation in the Area Program
- Coordinate and respond to sponsors/support offices inquiries or special requests based on the Customer Relations Service Handbook standards, policies and guidelines of World Vision ministry.
- Assist Area Program manager in preparing annual budget, annual plan of action related to CRS
- Ensure appropriate internal control on correspondences is in place and is effectively used
- To ensure all sponsorship business has enough capacity in facilitating and mobilizing community
- Build good relationship with all stakeholders for good collaborations in improving well-being of Registered Child (RC)
- Promote community understanding on child sponsorship
- Ensure that child protection issues and incidents of Registered Children are reported as per procedures required by the Child Protection Unit and through sponsorship flow
- Develop annual project budget and Plan Of Action based on input from Area Program sponsorship team
- Upgrade capacity of Area Program sponsorship team for excellent sponsorship service
Educational Background:
Bachelor degree in English, Management or other related field
Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing
- Knowledge in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
- English Proficiency and computer skill including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes (or similar software).
- Must be willing to work and stay overnight at the target village areas and field office.
- Must be able to travel long distances by motorbike and use own motorbike
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary & Benefit Package: USD585- USD 732 dependent on professional experience and qualifications
