Responsible for the coordination of Volunteer Engagement projects and supports day to day operations of the leadership team, who all work virtually from home offices across the country. Maintains administrative responsibility for the Volunteer Engagement Team to ensure organization and professionalism of the team. Maintains team (volunteer and staff) expenses, travel, meeting requirements, meeting organization, and data/Siebel assistance with prospective and new volunteers.
- Supports Advisory Group on Volunteer Engagement and other Board Committees in the completion of their work.• Monitors and updates volunteer engagement resources on internal ACS platforms such as My Society Source, Society Source, Brand Toolkit and Yammer.
- Triage centralized support mailbox for Volunteer Engagement (VE); address routine customer issues on first touch or refer more complicated issues to VE team member for follow-up; ensure timely response and full resolution of customer issue.
- Coordinates process to distribute, collect and synthesize results of the new volunteer customer satisfaction and retention survey; responsible for tracking issues and noting customer experience trends in order to identify and coordinate opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Manages all data entry requests for Volunteer Engagement teams; ensure volunteer members of project teams and workgroups are accurately captured in enterprise CRM system and associated with appropriate activity/program.
- Coordinates Volunteer Engagement team expense processing, team meeting scheduling, and Sharepoint Site maintenance.
- Routinely interact with Volunteer Engagement Data Dashboards; Prepare roll up progress report at request of team, Regional, and Global HQ customers; Triage and resolve technical support related questions about utilization.
- Provides project support related to new volunteer role development and existing role optimization.
- Compiles the Volunteer Department Update quarterly for enterprise distribution.
- Partners with internal business units to determine information needs.
- Maintains required records and files, compiles required statistics.
