Assist each family in the community where they work in developing an action plan to increase their ability to better care for family members and reduce their level of vulnerability.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Plan and carry out activities with families to provide them with the information and support they need to promote positive behavior (20%)
- Ensure the implementation of community activities (assembly stations-neighborhood meetings - mothers' clubs - youth clubs - home visits - school visits.) (20%)
- Ensure follow-up of sponsored children against sponsorship standards (IIs, Gns, APR, Christmas card, quiries,) (20%)
- Ensure the reliability of the data entered in the single step (15%)
- Submit monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to his supervisor a report of activities conducted during the month (15%)
- Facilitate families to access existing services and programs in the PZ area (10%)
Educational Background:
Be a holder of your BACC II diploma
Skills/Experience:
- Show a lot of interest in community work
- Ability to maneuver a smartphone and tablet
- Have the ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Ability to communicate clearly with others and write activity reports.
- Be sober, discreet and show leadership qualities.
- Be resident in his area of assignment.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in community activities
- Experience in supporting the families
