Perform the process of designing and re-designing programs, projects and other initiatives (20%)
- Provide technical guidance to field staff, area programs and other actors on the theory of change and logical framework matrix.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation tools according to LEAP steps

- Demonstrate a good knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office, also statistical software (such as SPSS, CSPro ect.) And data collection platforms (ODK, Survey CTO ect.).
- Have at least 5 years experience in program management and implementation of multisectoral projects (USAID / ACDI / EU / BID / BM / CRS).
- Very good knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation, in other words, good experience in writing monitoring and evaluation tools (logical framework, monitoring plan, detailed implementation plan, etc.).
- Very versed in English and Spanish.
- Mastery of French (oral and written).
Skills, knowledge and preferential experiences:
- Degree in a recognized University in Statistics, Agronomy, Management of Information Systems and / or related disciplines.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- To be able to express one's ideas clearly orally or in writing while respecting grammatical rules.
- Good experience in the use of statistical software, SPSS is preferable.
- Must be at least 5 years minimum in project design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Have a very good experience with donor Grants such as USAID, EU, DFID.
