To support implementation of APA3-APA4 Challenge TB workplan, a Technical Officer - TB/HIV will be hired to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health (National TB Program, and National AIDS Program) and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Directorate of General Correction) at national level.. S/he will ensure that the implementation of TB-HIV programmatic and management interventions at both national and 6 CTB provinces (North Sumatera, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java and Papua) are in line with Government of Indonesia priorities and Challenge TB goals.
The TO TB/HIV will work under the direction of Challenge TB STO/Project Coordinator FHI360 in close coordination with other team member STO TB-HIV and STO M&E to provide senior-level expertise related to TB/HIV collaborative activities. S/he will provide up to date technical guidance and contribute to continuous learning of Challenge TB partners at the national and provincial level; ensure evaluation and documentation of interventions to collect and share lessons learnt; maintaining FHI360 standards of work in the respective province; as well as take overall responsibility for knowledge management within his/her team.
- Collaborated and coordinated with the Ministry of Health (National TB Program, and National AIDS Program) and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Directorate of General Correction) for the policy development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of TB/HIV program.
- Provided Technical Assistance on TB-HIV including prisons, joint planning, implementation support, training, mentoring, supervision and evaluation at national up to health facility level.
- Supported the Global Fund planning, implementatiom, monev in national level
- Contributed in the development of FHI360 annual workplans, budgets related with prisons and satisfactory response to all reporting documents
- Responds to requests and inquiries from internal and external staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures with providing technical support for research studies.

- Demonstrated proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite required.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in TB projects
- Proficiency with database management software and on-line search tools required.
- Has sensitivity to cultural diversity and understanding of the political, contextual, and ethical issues in assigned areas.
- Articulate and professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive fashion with clients and staff.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private company.
