ReStore Associate—Part-Time
POSITION REPORTS TO: ReStore ManagerPAY: $10/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This person will function in many aspects of daily store operations that will include:

• process incoming donations
• ride along or drive the truck on donation pickup route
• create/set up merchandise displays
• operate cash register and credit card machine
• clean the ReStore
• explain store policies to customers
• Lead volunteers in tasks
• provide outstanding customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Ability to walk and stand on feet 6+ hours/day
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and up to 60 lbs. with assistance
• At least 1 year of recent work experience with good history/references
• Be flexible with assigned tasks
• Preference for experience in customer service
• Must have good, personable communication skills
• Ability to accept direction and, at times, work under minimal supervision
• Have the ability and confidence to show others specific tasks
