As the Donor Relations Director for the 50-year-old nonprofit Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters in Prescott AZ, you will implement our current strategic giving plan with a chance to add your own flair, under the direct supervision of the agency’s Executive Director and with input from our Board of Directors.

This is a full-time, benefited position and you must live in Yavapai County or be willing to relocate. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting prospective donors to assist the agency in reaching budget goals, as well as managing and cultivating relations with existing major donors.
The Donor Relations Director supervises the Development Team and works closely with the agency’s directors to ensure alignment of the efforts around the Agency's development plan.
You will personally manage a portfolio of thriving donors, as well as identify prospective major gift donors.
