Match Support Specialist will have responsibility for providing high-level customer service throughout the effective implementation of supporting and maintaining matches in accordance with the Big Brothers Big Sisters brand, and program options. The primary function of this position is to provide match support to ensure child safety, positive impacts for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with BBBS on the part of volunteers. In this position, the Match Support Specialist will support school and sites in North Tampa and USF area, and child enrollment at schools/sites.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in social services, human services, or related field preferred; Minimum two years’ experience working with both child and adult population; specific assessment preferred; proficiency in technical areas such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Access and Excel.
