ABOUT US
The EHE Foundation, founded in 2015, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to pursuing the effective treatment and cure for a rare sarcoma called Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE). EHE affects all age groups, from children to elderly, but most often is found in young adults. In its aggressive form, EHE is destructive and generally fatal. Any cancer is extremely difficult on all involved, but rare cancers such as EHE involve the additional burdens of limited information, lack of solid research, inconsistent diagnosis, and an absence of a standard treatment.
Through fundraising efforts, the deep involvement of a tight-knit global community, and significant grants, The EHE Foundation has been able to jumpstart promising research, launch a working group of worldwide experts, and create hope and urgency for thousands of patients and their families. We are working hard to accomplish our mission: To find treatments and a cure for EHE by advancing research and driving collaboration between patients, researchers, and clinicians.
