COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR – WORLD VISION LANKA
Location: Based in Colombo with extensive travel
Job Profile
The Communications Coordinator connects the donors to the needs of the communities and the change they make on the ground. He/she will package stories creatively in written, photo or video format to suit the audience keeping in line with the organisational goals & objectives. He/she will also work with the Communications team to develop and produce creative concepts for different visual material.
Key Responsibilities:
Travelling to the communities regularly to gather content that reflect the needs of the community as well as the impact created by WV’s work.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma OR equivalent work experience in a similar capacity
Work Environment/Travel
Spend 40 - 50% of the time in the field to gather resources
