Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of Application Support Analyst III. The Application Support Analyst III functions as the principle client liaison in the production use and operations of HFHI enterprise production applications. This position will be based out of HFHI's administrative office in Atlanta, GA.

Primary Responsibilities:
In this role the Analyst III is responsible for all aspects of the use and operational conditions of these applications:
· Functions as technical subject matter expert (SME) for support of applications in production environment and act as a technical resource in organizational projects
· Provides excellent service and technical support to clients across multiple departments in support of specified applications
· Participates and leads team meetings, including related status reports, exception reports, prioritization of business requests, and definition of new requirements or enhancements
· Facilitates monthly maintenance activities
· Resolves support requests through the ticketing system and functions as technical escalation resource to Help Desk.
· Provides support for afterhours escalated priority support calls
· Analyzes and troubleshoots applications and interfaces to ensure problems do not reoccur and root cause is identified
· Develops and maintains all system and application documentation required to support and maintain applications and their production schedules
· Ensures data integrity of systems and proactively monitors applications and corresponding interfaces for issue indicators or production impacts
· Performs testing of applications, upgrades, and patches prior to introduction to production environment
· Interfaces with third party service providers to coordinate maintenance or upgrade schedules or to initiate/follow-up on tickets relevant to their services
· In depth understanding of HFHI business processes/procedures and the ability to step in and provide leadership when needed.
· Analyzes processes, recommend process improvements and write formal documentation
· Assists management with staff development and training of more junior analysts and staff in areas of expertise

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· At least 6 years related experience in enterprise production applications
· Ability to work independently as well as in a fast paced, team oriented environment
· Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
· Ability to execute and resolve multiple project deliverables and problems
· Must be well organized
· Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills
· Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, ability to multi-task
· Familiarity with a wide variety of technologies including SQL Server, SQL coding, Windows server, data integration, application integration, SOA, etc.
· Understands SDLC process / ITIL / COBIT best practices
· Demonstrated knowledge with relational database systems, networking and Internet technologies as it pertains to an application in production
· Understanding of requirements for support in SaaS environments
· Some application developmental familiarity or experience desired
· Ability to automate operational procedures via a variety of shell scripting languages
· Proficient with systems, application, and database monitoring tools and techniques
· Proficient with scheduling, starting/stopping, and restarting application processes
· Ability to handle conflict resolution and priority issues with customers
