We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate - Temporary position in Indianapolis.

This position is a temporary role lasting approximately from November 1 to the end of February 2020. The Administrative Associate will work approximately 20 hours per week.

The Administrative Associate will provide support to our Bloomington Go Red For Women Luncheon.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Coordinate event logistics including organization of the silent auction.
  • Handle report generation and record keeping, including the collection of data.
  • Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and processing donations.
  • Support staff in handling customer relationship management with companies and volunteers.
Educational Background: 
Must have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Must have at least basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
