We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate in Eagan.

This position is a temporary role lasting approximately from the beginning of November to March 1, 2020. The Administrative Associate will work approximately 20 hours per week.

Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Associate will provide support to staff who oversee large special fundraising events and K-12 fundraisers.

  • Handle report generation and record-keeping, including the collection of data.
  • Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and processing donations.
  • Order and send out materials to volunteers.
  • Support staff in handling customer relationship management with companies and volunteers.
  • Assist with coordination of event logistics as appropriate
  • Assist with general office management day to day tasks.
Educational Background: 
Must have earned a high school diploma or GED.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Must have at least basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2010 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
