The Supporter Care Team is at the heart of World Vision and is the first point of contact for our 70,000 supporters and the public. The successful candidate will use their excellent communication skills and proactivity to handle all interactions with supporters professionally and empathetically, and to identify opportunities to encourage supporters to increase their support.
