The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Salesforce Administrator, will serve as one of the administrators within the Salesforce.com platform that will focus on program application solutions.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Work with a Salesforce team to manage the Salesforce.com platform for end users
  • Perform administration of the Salesforce.com instance: manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, custom buttons/links, etc.
  • Understand, maintain and enhance WWP’s business processes that are implemented in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Perform data hygiene and best practices by performing routine maintenance
  • Ensure data security is enforced by the use of roles, profiles, and sharing rules
  • Leverage comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com products and platform to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customized to customers’ business needs
  • Assist users with report design and management
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the Salesforce.com
  • Work with development team to identify processes that need the use of APEX code
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
  • Other related duties as assigned
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field required or equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of the degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • Ability to administer Salesforce.com (manage fields/relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, custom buttons/links, etc.)
  • Data manipulation and cleaning
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong configuration and design skills, essential to this position
  • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused over-delivering customers' needs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects in varying complexity
  • Strong problem determination and resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work within a project-based environment
  • Detail oriented and organized with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality and good judgment when working with sensitive issues

  • Minimum one (1) year experience with Salesforce administration required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working with software vendors, required
  • Experience with developing dashboards / reports development projects preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, preferred

Certifications & Licensure

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
  • Certified Associate Project Manager Preferred
