  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership position responsible for developing, managing, and/or implementing skills training opportunities for vulnerable women and girls.
  • Proven experience working on technical aspects related to the development and implementation of skills training, training on labor rights, job placement, and other economic advancement activities.
  • Proven knowledge of skills trainings in target country, including technical, vocational, and lifelong training.
  • Ability to analyze data to carry out tailored skills training, labor rights-related awareness raising, and economic advancement activities and to determine access to protection against violations of labor rights.
  • Experience working with government and private sector actors to economically empower women and adolescent girls.
  • Understanding of gender mainstreaming and exploitive labor issues, including child labor, forced labor, and/or other labor issues.
  • Understanding of labor issues and local labor regulations, including those related to securing non-hazardous, non-exploitive employment opportunities for youth of legal working age.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English is preferred.

Must devote a minimum of 90 percent of time for implementation of activities to achieve expected outcomes and sub-outcomes.
