As Director, Teacher Leadership Development (DTLD) you are responsible for activating the leadership, strategic thinking and the influence of a team of Managers, Teacher Leadership Development (MTLDs) to cohorts of coach first and second year corps members to realize educational equity and excellence in Greater New Orleans (GNO). To do this, the DTLD must set a strong vision and direction with their MTLDs for corps member excellence in schools and must operationalize that vision through exceptional management of team execution, strong data analysis and solutions development, and exceptional judgment.
