The Combat Stress Recovery (CSR) Program is designed to provide ongoing support and assistance to wounded warriors dealing with invisible injuries through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and the overall evaluation of the individual warrior’s needs. The overall goal of the CSR Regional Director is to manage the Regional Combat Stress Program by hiring, developing personnel, overseeing regional performance toward achieving programmatic goals, managing the regional budget, and providing overall strong leadership to the regional offices. The Regional Director works collaboratively with the National Director and other CSR Regional Directors to impact overall programmatic growth and development, as well as drive team performance goals around Project Odyssey, CSR Continued Care, and overall impact both within the organization and to external partners.
Within the regional CSR team, the Regional Director will supervise the CSR Managers within the assigned region to further develop regional teams consisting of CSR Specialists and Project Odyssey Coordinators. The Regional Director will be responsible for ensuring that Project Odyssey, an outdoor rehabilitative retreat for combat stress, progresses according to established, organizational KPIs. The Regional Director will also guide the overall development of the CSR program, with an emphasis on follow-up through Continued Care. The Regional Director will provide guidance and leadership in resource building related to mental health. The Regional Director will offer support and guidance across the Regional and National program by conducting weekly check-in with the team and offering expertise in difficult cases.

- Enhance a collaborative relationship both within the organization and with external resources to maximize the warrior’s ability to make informed decisions, while also promoting the expansion and growth of the CSR program

- Minimum two (2) years clinical experience preferred
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of staff management experience required
- Active knowledge of military and veteran issues, particularly with Iraq and Afghanistan military and veterans preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
