Senior Advisor, HR Compliance

We are seeking a candidate to work in collaboration with HR Director, various members of the HR team, legal counsel and where applicable, members of the Executive team, on a variety of human resources compliance programs.   This role requires leverage your consulting, data analysis, project management and advising skills on to enhance PSI’s HR compliance programs.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Anticipated projects included:

  • Assessing current processes related to EEO/AA, document and recommend process enhancements, and partner with external vendor and internal stakeholders to prepare annual affirmative action plan and briefings for leaders.
  • Assessing current processes related to ADA, FMLA, and I-9 compliance, identifying process improvements and drafting policies, procedures, and forms to enhance program management experience within HR and for end users (employees, managers).
  • Additional compliance projects may be designed on ad-hoc basis (DC Family Leave, Leave Donation, onboarding and offboarding compliance, internal controls, code of conduct/conflict of interest programs, etc).
Educational Background: 
BA/BS in related field required and 10+ years experience managing HR compliance programs

Requirements 

  • Expertise with OFCCP compliance programs, including management of desk audits.
  • Must have experience serving as a subject matter expert for EEO/AA, including developing and implementing AAPs, data analysis, and Impact Ratio Analysis as well as training/educating managers and recruiters on EEO, AA and Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Broad understanding of the staffing process, compliance reporting, and OFCCP audit processes.
  • Experience managing large data management projects; preference for candidates with understanding of Lawson HRIS.
