The American Heart Association has an excellent job opportunity for a Temporary Specialist position based in Dallas, TX.
Reporting to the Manager, National Center Technology Services, this position is responsible to image, configure user profiles, install software and troubleshoot issues related to PC setup. This position will work closely with AHA end users that are eligible for PC refresh including scheduling, creating user profile, data transfer, overview/orientation of the new laptop and Windows 10.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Image and prep computers for PC swap
- Equipment recovery for replaced equipment
- Maintain tracking and inventory of PC locations and status
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills/Experience:
- Preferred one (1) year of related experience
- Some knowledge of laptop configuration, imaging and data transfer preferred
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Great customer service skills
- Professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality for user data
