HFHI Administrative Headquarters in Facilities Department seeks a volunteer who can serve up to 4-6 hours/week or 16-20 hours/month in the daily maintenance of building operations.
Areas of Responsibility:
The volunteer will be prove critical with the following tasks:
- Re-stock break rooms, mail areas, and supply cabinet as needed
- Assist with incoming mail distribution
- Help maintain conference rooms – clean whiteboard, remove meeting materials, straighten chairs etc.
- Help prepare workspaces for new hires – remove all materials left and clean work surfaces
- Back-up for reception area – during department meetings
