We seek qualified candidates for Administrative Associate II, Corporate Finance in Washington, DC.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Department-level support

  • Provide administrative support to the Office of the CFO on an as-needed basis;
  • Maintain the Corporate Finance Connect page;
  • Request and compile monthly department metrics;
  • Schedule, lead agenda creation, and organize logistics for Corporate Finance All Staff and All Manager meetings and retreats;
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting arrangements (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, and managing technology), as requested;
  • Set up and maintain files, prepare reports, presentations and graphics, perform data entry, proofread, and compile special reports;
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, plans, reports, schedules, databases, spreadsheets, logs etc. to support functions;
  • Provide basic project management support, as requested; and
  • Communicate with both internal and external personnel as required.

Cost & Pricing (C&P) team support

  • Administer and maintain C&P Connect and SharePoint sites, and department archives and files;
  • Prepare and maintain databases, logs, metrics, plans, schedules, etc.;
  • Track and post departmental guidance, internal projects, procedures, resources, and tools;
  • Provide financial and administrative support for C&P team; including scheduling, meeting/ technology coordination, arranging travel, and other tasks as requested;
  • Collect proposal data for upload onto TM1;
  • Follow up with staff to obtain and/or verify financial and budget information to ensure accuracy of budget data imported into TM1;
  • Maintain C&P-specific data on SalesForce as needed;
  • Assist the C&P team with the preparation of proposal budgets and supporting documentation in support of the cost proposal process;
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, etc.;
  • Communicate with both internal and external personnel as required; and
  • Gather, handle, and verify financial and quantitative information with accuracy and precision.
Educational Background: 
Associates Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration or Related Field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3 – 5 Years of related experience.
  • Ability to gather, recommend and summarize data for reports, finds solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritizes work.
  • Work requires attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift 5-50 lbs.

  • Personal Computer, Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), e-mail, telephone, printer, calculator, copier, cell phones, PDAs and other hand held devices.
