Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of a Partner Services Representative. This position will be based in our operational headquarters in Americus, GA.
Acting as a resource for a wide range of knowledge regarding HFHI including, but not limited to general practices, history, programs, donation and volunteer opportunities in a call center setting.
- Serving habitat donors and the general public
- Responding to partner requests via phone, email and letter
- Acting as a resource for a wide range of knowledge regarding HFHI
- Update constituent records and resolve account issues
- Act as a gatekeeper or conduit between HFHI departments and the general public
Assess and respond appropriately to uncommon, complex or volatile situation appropriately using department and organization resources as needed
- Complete tasks, calls and other activities themselves when appropriate
- Use wording blocks, FAQ’s and information found via research to craft written responses
- Collaborate with co-workers, other departments or SME when appropriate
- Transfer/Escalate situation when appropriate
