Manage the direct mail house file (renewal) program and telemarketing to meet or exceed budgeted net revenue projections, provide strategic planning and develop goals for growth across both direct mail and telemarketing. Generate maximum net revenue from existing donors within established strategy and budget.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Direct strategy for all direct mail house file mailings including: renewal, newsletter and high value donors. Responsibilities include development of new programs and enhancements to existing programs through advanced cross marketing and segmentation strategies.
- Responsible for house file budgeting, research of content, segmentation, creative planning session and results analysis. Monitors revenue and expense projections
- Test new package formats to acquire better long term value donors.
- Manage multiple relationships with outside vendors, including creative and production
- Direct strategy for telemarketing campaigns; responsible for revenue projections and budget for all telemarketing campaigns with the goal of increasing net revenue and improving program margins.
Educational Background:
Four year college degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Project management experience
- Direct response marketing and CRM skills
- Attention to detail, direct marketing analytics and adaptability
