Deputy Director, Gender Integration

This new leadership role will oversee and ensure effective delivery of the Gender Integration initiative; bringing cutting-edge gender technical partnerships to advance results and amplify impact of the foundation’s goals. You will oversee the diffusion of gender knowledge and skills across the foundation through targeted learning initiatives and the ongoing development of the gender mainstreaming initiative.

As a collaborator and energizer, you will be a thought leader in gender equality and women’s empowerment, with grounded experience in gender mainstreaming within development institutions. You will also bring experience of leadership and influencing organizational change, as well as strategy design and implementation.
