World Vision UK is seeking a MEAL adviser with a passion for quality and experience of developing MEAL strategies and systems within a development context.
In this key position, you will help to ensure that our programmes meet the highest quality and accountability standards, enabling us to improve our impact on the lives of the most vulnerable children and attract additional sources of funding. You will provide MEAL support to a portfolio of projects whilst creating a robust evidence base for future decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues in the UK and in our National Offices to support the design of projects and development of MEAL frameworks, leading or supporting project and programme baseline and evaluation and promoting learning within programmes and across the organisation. You will be well versed in the challenges facing developing countries and knowledgeable regarding the quality and impact agenda, with real drive and determination to make a difference.
As an active Christian, this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations. Finally, you arehappy to spend up to a quarter of your time travelling to the designated countries in your portfolio.
