Recommends strategy and innovation of the Movies for Grownups screening series. Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of screening series promotion plans and event execution plans. Lead liaison with the project stakeholders at the National office and in the State offices, external vendors and assists in managing external partnerships.
- Leads internal teams that plan, promote and execute high profile events such as the Movies for Grownups Awards, TV for Grownups Awards, AARP the Magazine promotional events and other promotional events. Manages event budgets and vendors
- Represents Media Promotions on cross-organizational teams and initiatives.
- Leads the execution and fulfillment of AARP Media contest and sweepstakes. Track, analyze and report results.
- Creates planning, promotion and execution plans for AARP Media initiatives, as assigned.
