Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining financial reporting and financial forecasting. S/he supports all Center Managers and Department Heads in daily financial matters and as such maintains knowledge of financial and other software that supports the financial aspects of PPAZ programs. The Accounting Manager provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and five years of supervisory management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA, CGMA, CFE, CIA preferred but not required.
Skills/Experience: 
  • High-level proficiency in Excel and general ledger accounting systems.  Experience working in healthcare or manufacturing industry helpful. Public accounting, internal audit and/or large public company experience preferred. Experience managing, supervising and motivating teams required. 
  • Ability to work well with people, meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision. Organizational skills and attention to detail essential. High integrity with excellent communication skills. 
Compensation/Benefits: 
  • $54,100.00 - $67,625.00 Annually DOE
