To directly support the continued growth of the MealConnect platform by providing initial and ongoing technical support for MealConnect’s member food bank users.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Assist Account Manager in onboarding new member food bank users.
- Implement integration tool for ERP integration method collaboratively with FANO IT and member user, as needed.
- Assist food bank users in platform rollout.
- Conduct agency user demonstration calls.
- Coordinate payable member grants with member grants team.
- Collaborate with Account Manager in supporting existing member food bank user relationships.
- Troubleshoot all member food bank technical questions.
- Work with IT to quickly resolve issues as needed.
- Escalate acute or reoccurring issues to the MealConnect team.
- Assist in the creation of long-term scalable solutions for reoccurring MealConnect issues.
- Manage A/D user and donor location databases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Educational Background:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Skills/Experience:
- Focus on computer science, computer engineering, and/or information technology desirable Experience in supporting web-based technology platforms.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred.
- Experience working with databases and manipulation of data.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, in addition to oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically as part of a team and within broad coalitions.
- Strong acumen in MS Office applications, particularly Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Committed to organizational mission of ending hunger.
