AFS is currently searching for a full time Behavioral Health Services Administrator in Wasilla. This newly created position will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, coordination, implementation and evaluation of clinical, operational and administrative activities of the Behavioral Health Program.
This position serves as a key leader in AFS’s strategic priority to integrate our behavioral health services with primary care. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, Public Health or clinically related field. (i.e.) Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and Three (3) years’ progressively responsible supervisory experience in clinic management or behavioral health. Preferred Qualifications:Five (5) years’ experience administering a Behavioral Health Clinic or working in an Administrative Service Organization setting.
Three years progressively responsible supervisory experience in clinic management or behavioral health.
Prefer experience working in an Administrative Service Organization setting
