To meet the data entry needs of the assigned region (s). The position is responsible for data entry into CRM (Constituent Relationship Management tools) and other foundation data bases. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all foundation receipts within assigned territory. Assist with maintaining volunteer and event data information to meet the needs of the foundation. Meet all service level agreements set forth by the Data Entry Center.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Greater Giving Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all foundation receipts within assigned territory to meet all service level agreements. Assist with maintaining event data information to meet the needs of the foundation. Respond accordingly to market requests for credits/changes to data, and involved Finance, as applicable.
- FRED Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all foundation receipts within assigned territory to meet all service level agreements. Assist with maintaining event data information to meet the needs of the foundation. Respond accordingly to market requests for credits/changes to data, and involved Finance, as applicable. Process adjustments due to bank errors. Adds and/or reviews large receipt batches for national campaigns, i.e. Famous Footwear, Macys Kmart, etc.
- CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all foundation receipts within assigned territory to meet all service level agreements. Assist with maintaining event data information to meet the needs of the foundation.
- Creates donated goods and services batches, adds tributes for memorial/in honor of donations, performs adjustment batches to reallocate web gifts, or to make changes to data that has already been processed. Involves Finance as applicable. In addition to revenue requests, processes requests to add events, update and/or add committees, etc.
Educational Background:
High School diploma, Associate or Technical degree or equivalent.

Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of directly related data entry and CRM experience.
- Thorough working knowledge of e-mail and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to use a printer, copier, telephone and fax machine.
- Must successfully complete a credit and criminal background check.
