Position Summary: Provides support for the Sr. Manager, Chapter Fundraising Advancement on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. Performs duties such as meeting planning and coordination, task force support, project tracking and deadline management, conducting research and drafting reports, coordination of fundraising support resources for chapters, travel coordination and general communications with internal and external constituents.

Educational Background:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Liberal Arts or related field preferred

- Acts as primary support for the Director of Fundraising Advancement. Periodically may be called upon to assist other team members and departments.
- General administrative duties include meeting scheduling and coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, preparing presentations, creating documents, managing correspondence, facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders, trouble-shooting various issues, and managing daily workflow.
- Provides administrative support for assigned task forces, including scheduling meetings, creating agendas and support materials, preparing minutes, drafting official correspondence, maintaining records and developing reports.
- Coordinates fundraising support resources for chapters for a variety of national and chapter fundraising programs.
- Conducts research, prepares various departmental reports and supports special projects as needed.
- Performs a variety of other duties as required.
- Develops and manages project tracking systems utilizing SmartSheet and other tools.
- 3-5 years administrative or professional experience preferred.
- Must have versatile skills utilizing a variety of computer programs/software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat programs. Experience with SmartSheet or comparable project management software is a plus.
- Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations is helpful.
- Work in an office environment.
- May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week.
- Some travel required (2-3 times per year) within the United States.
