The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) worked with site investigators at clinical study sites to assure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and study protocols. May be responsible for multiple projects and must work both independently and in a team environment. Prepares clinical trials and corresponds with sponsor and ethic committee, assists in implementing clinical trial. Depending upon the level of experience, may become involved, when required, in other areas of study management and contributes to the review of sponsor/client’s and/or FHI 360’s systems and procedures as appropriate. S/he may participate in clinical training programs and maintain awareness of developments in the field of clinical research as needed.

Accountabilities (Responsibilities):
- Works with site investigators to ensure subject safety and compliance with the study protocol, CFDA regulations, China-GCP and ICH/GCP Guidelines, may be done with supervisor.
- Assists site investigators in the preparation, collection and archive of study documentation.
- Assists site investigators to screen and enroll subjects, and follow up subjects according to protocol requirements.
- Assists site investigators to collect, handle, store and ship specimens.
- Assists site investigators to manage study drugs, including drug receiving, storing, dispensing and returning.
- Assists site investigators to complete CRF and enter study e-CRF data.
- May serve as a liaison with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration efforts.
- Coordinates necessary activities required to clinical trials sites.
Experience:
- Requires 2+ years of clinical research experience
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive fashion with clients and staff.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Chinese.
- Global clinical research work preferred.
