World Vision UK has launched an exciting and ambitious five-year strategy that is transforming the organization. The primary function of this role is to help shape and deliver a People Strategy that will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the WVUK strategic goals and enablers. To achieve this, you will work alongside our team of HR Business Partners and other colleagues in P & C, coordinating the implementation of the People Strategy as a whole and designing and delivering specific initiatives within it.
- You will also work with World Vision International colleagues, identifying opportunities for sharing resources and mutual learning.
- As one of the leaders in the People and Culture team, you will also contribute to the overall achievement of the ambitious People and Culture team goals.
