The Reformation Project is a Bible-based, Christian grassroots organization that works to promote inclusion of LGBTQ people by reforming church teaching on sexual orientation and gender identity. Our vision is of a global church that fully affirms LGBTQ people. There are 3 major pillars that comprise our organization’s approach to achieving our goal:

Why Work For Us?:

IMPACT-FOCUSED

Our vision is ambitious. We want staff to help us increase our impact in non-affirming churches through strategic partnerships and training more leaders across the country and around the world.

WORK COLLABORATIVELY

Our staff team is diverse, fun, and highly skilled. We approach problem-solving collaboratively and work as a team on most of our projects. We are invested in the long-term professional growth of each of our staff members.

WORK REMOTELY

Our remote work setting offers our staff flexibility, opportunities for travel, and a healthy work-life balance. We believe that regular self-care practices help prevent burnout.
