The Development department works closely with staff, boards, volunteers, and the community to raise funds for programs and services in our broad geographic area.
We are looking for strategic thinker and collaborator to be the Grants Manager for the organization. This position is responsible for identifying grants opportunities, developing relationships with funders, writing effective grants and reports, and overall implementation of the grants program. This includes aspects of development, planning, staff and funder relationships, budgets and evaluation.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the grants program for the organization
- Produce high quality proposals for current and potential funders
- Work collaboratively with program staff, the development team, and funders
