Serves as team lead for national office donor moves management processes. Partners directly with Sr. Manager to complete special projects to support these programs to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Delivers exceptional customer service to donors, general public and chapters.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for high priority research and analysis of individuals and corporate entities for giving potential to determine propensity to donate to Make-A-Wish America and chapters
- Generates targeted constituent profiles based on tiered levels of research in areas of financial capacity, biography, profession, philanthropy, and other factors.
- Assists with moves management process; supports ongoing review of new and existing donors to ensure correct placement
- Analyzes donor data to produce meaningful reports to inform leadership and guide strategic direction for portfolio management
- Focus on data integrity in relation to research findings and moves management; including consistent and accurate data entry and reporting
- Supports data analysis, to provide ROI-based recommendations for program and process improvement
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
Skills/Experience:
- Exhibits exceptional customer service skills; ability to work professionally with external partners, chapters, and all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task in order to adhere to deadlines.
- Keen understanding of fundraising, gift types and how operations supports a culture of philanthropy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations is required.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in non-profit environment.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge software required.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of customer service or donor-facing experience is helpful.
Working Conditions:
- Work in an office environment.
- Typically works a traditional Monday – Friday work week, within normal business hours.
