Provides technical support to internal customers, chapter and National Office staff, who manage events and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns using Blackbaud TeamRaiser platform.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Acts as a front-line customer service representative for the TeamRaiser Support Team.
  • Provides level 1 technical, how-to, and trouble-shooting support for TeamRaiser business users through the national service-desk application.
  • Assists with provisioning TeamRaiser sites for chapters, internal business units, and national corporate sponsors.
  • Conducts and assists with training for business users in the use and administration of TeamRaiser, including the creation and maintenance of training and reference materials.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders and database teams to ensure gift coding meets the needs of chapters and internal business units.
  • Collaborates with internal and external resources to assist with the implementation of online fundraising initiatives.
  • Coordinates tasks between TeamRaiser support team and project management office.
  • Participates in user acceptance testing as TeamRaiser offerings are initiated and updated.
  • Participates in trainings to better understand best practices and the technical workings of the TeamRaiser platform.
  • Monitors active TeamRaiser campaigns for performance and adherence to Make-A-Wish program standards.
  • Performs other job duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology or related field preferred.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills; ability to work professionally with external partners, chapters, and all levels of staff.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience working with Luminate Online and TeamRaiser preferred.
  • Prior web development experience preferred.
