Why Work For Us?:

Uncommon Good's vision is to model a just and regenerative society in which everyone's human needs can be met in an ecologically wise fashion. These basic human needs include a quality education, comprehensive medical care, healthy food, comfortable homes, and a clean environment. This vision is expressed in Uncommon Good's building which is a first-of-its-kind-in-the-world green building that was constructed by hand by Uncommon Good children and families using little more than the earth under their feet. It has been visited by people from every continent who have come to learn how to create eco-friendly buildings that meet human needs.

Uncommon Good's staff is composed of people who are passionate about working with their client community, adults and children alike, to envision and create a society that meets the needs of all.
