About Us
Mission:

Our mission is to offer hope and service, on a direct person to person basis, working to break the cycles of homelessness and domestic violence.

Programs:

The Riley Center serves victims of domestic violence by offering emergency services, case management, 24 hour crisis phone line and housing for up to 12 months.

The Multi-Service Center is Northern California’s largest homeless shelter serving 400 men and women daily.  We provide two meals per day for clients residing in the shelter.  We also offer drop in services such as a place to sit during the day, Tom Waddell medical clinic, restrooms and showers.

Why Work For Us?:

We offer great benefits including Kaiser HMO paid in full for the employee and a 403b retirement plan with a 1% match after one year of service.  We also offer tuition reimbursement of up to $2500 per year.  We are proud of our diversity.  Our culture is friendly with compassionate and caring staff.  We work hard but take time out to have fun at outings like our company picnic, potlucks or holiday party.
